You can visit our Arana Hills office  Our office is 11km north west of Brisbane CBD (near Albany Creek - Ferny Grove). We keep very flexible hours 7 days a week until 8pm. But please ring beforehand as the office is not always attended. Click here for our address details.   We also have a locker system so clients can leave their goods 24 hours a day. Feel free to use our  ORDER FORM  to supply your details You can post your tapes or use a courier company.  Please ensure we have your details by typing them into our  ORDER FORM. Please print it and include it with your tapes.   We e-mail you to let you know the tapes arrived safely and send the invoice to you via email once the job is completed. Finally an e-mail is sent to notify you we have posted your goods. Copies of your tapes and DVD’s are kept on our computers for 14 days from the time they leave our office.  If you are unable to use the order form, please supply the following details in a note with your tapes. We highly recommend you use either Registered Post or Express Post so you have some means of tracking your parcel. Be sure to write both our address and yours clearly and keep the tracking sticker. We also suggest wrapping your tapes in bubble wrap to ensure no damage occurs. Click here for our mailing address details. Are my tapes returned?: Our transfer service does not damage the tapes in anyway and unless you request otherwise all your tapes are returned.
