We keep very flexible hours 5 days a week until 7pm (closed Sunday & Monday). But please ring beforehand as the office is not always attended. Click here for our address details.   We also have a locker system so clients can leave their goods 24 hours a day. Feel free to use our  ORDER FORM  to supply your details. You can Post your goods or use a Courier Company To ensure we have your details include a note with your tapes or use our ORDER FORM. Please print & include it with your tapes. If you have an old version of adobe reader you may have to hand write your details.   If you are including a a note instead, please supply the following details . When your goods arrive we e-mail you to let you know they arrived safely & send the invoice to you via e-mail once the job is completed. Finally an e-mail is sent to notify you we have posted your goods. Copies of your tapes slides etc & DVD’s are kept on our computers for 21 days from the time they leave our office. We suggest wrapping your goods in bubble wrap to ensure no damage occurs. Tips for using Australia Post !! We recommend you use  “Parcel Post” a Parcel post satchel or if it’s urgent use “Express Post” satchels. All these methods have tracking numbers. Be sure to write both our address and yours clearly using a ball point pen (so the ink doesn’t smudge) & keep the peelable tracking sticker from the satchel or the receipt if you use “Parcel Post”.    You can track the progress of your parcel here   www.auspost.com.au/track        Wherever possible post your satchels over the counter and request a receipt. This starts the tracking process.  Posting satchels in a mail box means you have no proof you actually posted it and the tracking may not start until it reaches Australia Post's destination distribution centre. Are my tapes returned? Our transfer service does not damage the tapes in anyway and all your tapes are returned with tape numbers that match the tape number written on the DVD.
